At Jobsons Tools, also known as The Tool Medic, we specialize in the servicing and repair of professional power tools, with a strong focus on Hilti tools. If your Hilti is showing a solid red light, we can diagnose and reset it—often the same day.
Our general Hilti service starts from just £50, and in most cases, tools are serviced within one working day. If parts are required from Hilti, repairs may take slightly longer, but you’ll always be informed of the cost before any work begins. We operate on a no fix, no fee basis, giving you complete peace of mind.

By leaving your tool(s) with The Tool Medic, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Repair Estimates and Non-Agreement
If you choose not to proceed with the quoted repair cost, your tool(s) will be returned to you in a dismantled state. Reassembly will not be provided unless the repair is approved.
If you would like your tool(s) reassembled without proceeding with the repair, a £30 reassembly feewill apply.

2. Tool Collection Period
Completed repairs must be collected within 90 days from the date the repair was completed. After 90 days, any uncollected tool(s) will be considered abandoned and will be disposed of at our discretion. No further notice will be given.

3. Liability for Damage or Loss
By leaving your tool(s) in our care, you acknowledge and accept that The Tool Medic takes no responsibility for fire damage or theft while the item(s) are in our possession.
